All self-adhesive vinyl lettering is made to order. Vinyl Lettering Direct guarantees that you will get your order safe in the special, hard-backed envelope, or postal tubes where necessary. All products are shipped insured.

Our goal is to get your lettering delivered as soon as possible. We dispatch all orders within 24 hours on business days, with many dispatched same day. We stock all colours of vinyl at all times so your order does not get held up due to stock issues. An e-mail informing you that your order has been dispatched will automatically be sent to you.

Australia Delivery

We use AUSTRALIA POST on all Australian orders.

• If your order is over $100 you will automatically qualify for a FREE Regular Delivery with tracking number;
• If your order is under $99.99, the shipping charge will be $9.99 for Regular Delivery with tracking number
• If your order is under $9.99, the shipping charge will be $5.99 without a tracking number
• Items will be shipped in either heavy duty mailing tube or envelope

New Zealand Delivery

• For all ordesrs the shipping charge will be $19.99 with tracking number

We use AUSTRALIA POST International Delivery.

Your order should arrive in 3-10 business days.

We take no responsibility for items which are delayed due to Post office.

Returns

If there is any problem with your vinyl lettering, please contact us via the website contact form.

Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we will resolve any issues quickly, we take no responsebility for items which are delayd due to Post office.

Understandably, personalized and custom items may not be returned for a refund, unless we have clearly made an error or the vinyl lettering is faulty.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with stock products, you may return them to us for a refund or exchange provided that the product/s are returned in their original packaging and condition.
